One-on-One
Coaching

Individualized coaching is for you if you’re a CEO giving a keynote, an entrepreneur pitching a high-stakes investor or a leader who has limited time. Gigi meets you where you are and creates customized, private sessions and frequent check-ins to help you thrive. This one-on-one training helps you transform jitters and foggy messaging into clear, inspiring and confident presentations.

Small Group Training

Your team gets personalized feedback without the intensity of one-on-one sessions. Working in groups of 3-5 people, everyone receives tailored, on-the-spot coaching and also learns by observing others. This format is economical and still includes Gigi’s lively, hands-on training in presenting with clarity, authority and warmth.

company-Wide Workshops

For groups of 10 to 100+ employees, a workshop helps groups level up their public speaking and online presentation skills in one or more customized sessions. A brave few receive on-the-spot coaching while everyone learns by observing. Participants benefit from Gigi’s vivacious training and leave with tools they can use right away.

Have you ever wondered?

  • What do I do to keep my audience on the edge of their seats or just really engaged?

  • I want to tell more stories but how? And when is appropriate?

  • I’m required to use specific slides so how do I avoid “Death by PowerPoint”?

  • When I present online how do I look and sound my best and connect with a distracted audience?

  • How do I introduce myself or deliver a spontaneous toast without having a heart attack?

  • How can I “think on my feet” or present “on the fly” or “off the cuff”?

  • How can I embody that elusive “executive presence” or “charisma” that seems to come naturally to others?

what people are saying about coaching with Gigi:

Working with Gigi took my TED-style talk from wishy-washy to incredibly impactful. She helped with structure, storytelling, what to wear, and how to work the stage. I wouldn’t have felt nearly as confident without her expert guidance and encouragement!
— Hannah Pasquinzo, Human Design and Equine-Assisted Coach
I’ve learned more about public speaking working with Gigi for 5 hours than I had in the previous 20 years of my higher education and career!

— Anthony Catalano, Nat’l Director, RSM US (Accounting Firm)
Gigi was instrumental in helping me with my story and framework, but it was her focus on my confidence, blocking and eye contact with the audience that truly added the fit and finish to my presentation. I’ve worked with other public speaking coaches in the past, but it wasn’t until working with Gigi that I began to really understand how to maintain a personal connection with my audience.
— Ross Brouse, President + COO, Continuous Networks LLC
Gigi brought insight and knowledge to my staff at MSN that dramatically enhanced their communication skills. She listened, observed, coached individuals to understand unique skills suited to their specific needs. She has an instructional mastery that I have rarely seen.
— Stephen Cvengros, former Senior Director at Microsoft's MSN
We have consulted with Gigi for group training and individual coaching with excellent results. With her innate good humor, she quickly zeros in on a presenter’s strengths, offering practical insights to build confidence and keep audiences engaged. She’s become our secret weapon!
— Fidelma McGinn, former Vice-President, Philanthropic Services, Seattle Foundation
Thanks to Gigi Rosenberg, my Zoom interview with Phil Donahue and Marlo Thomas was a huge success! Gigi prepared me for everything—setting the stage, the right equipment, what to wear. She helped me with my opening and closing remarks and gave me the confidence to go out there and break a leg—she was the wind beneath my wings!
— Mary Jo Hazard, author
As a woman in academia, I really appreciate Gigi’s reminder to “own” my speaking space, rather than to ask permission from my audience to speak. Talking through how to be a more effective public speaker with Gigi was so helpful. I think about her often when I am in meetings now. Our extra time to debrief had the biggest impact for me.
— Annie Lindgren, PhD, Professor, Portland, Oregon
Gigi’s coaching helped me transcend the barriers that I normally face as an introvert, where there is so much in my head and so little in my expression. With her help and a couple of practices on the plane, I was transported to a state where I felt my responsibility to tell this story; I understood my “why.” Thank you, Gigi.
— Ramesh Singh, Country Director, Mercy Corps Mongolia
