You're invited to hear me tell a personal story on November 4th with Portland Story Theater. I'll hit the stage with five other Portland writers at the new venue, The Fremont. This is part of the popular Urban Tellers® series and this time, it's Portland Story Theater's first annual Wordstock Edition.
Urban Tellers® stand alone on stage, fueled by the POWER OF THEIR STORIES and the ENERGY OF THE AUDIENCE. Together, tellers and listeners embark on a shared experience that is a potent blend of vulnerability and heart.
This show features Sage Cohen, Rachel Miller-Howard, Jessica Mehta, Gigi Rosenberg, Kate Ristau, and Jamie Houghton.
Another Read Through will be on site at the show to sell books of these authors.
Doors open at 7 pm for a social hour with wine and beer available for purchase and musical entertainment provided by SufiJoe: Dave Bamberger, Scott Eave, and Alan Cook.
Stories begin at 8 pm.
