If this is the year to polish everyone’s public speaking skills at your organization let’s talk.

Chances are there are some people in your organization who are naturally good presenters, many who are "meh" and some who really need help. Gigi meets each speaker where they are and creates customized company-wide, public speaking trainings. For teams of 3 to 100+. They focus on helping:

  • Salespeople present with authenticity and warmth (Yes, it’s possible!)

  • Introverts deliver their messages with clarity and authority (No, it’s not too late!)

  • Rising stars and millennials hone their conversation skills (Yes, it can happen!)

  • New employees, when they’re being onboarded, learn speaking skills to match the skill-level of everyone else at your company (Doesn’t this just make sense?)

  • Everyone at the company have a chance to participate in a scheduled (monthly or bimonthly) training so they can be honing their public speaking skills with a professional coach on a regular schedule. (Yes, practice is what makes all the difference.)

Participants leave Gigi’s workshop knowing how to:

  • Look and sound your best on both a real and virtual stage.

  • Engage an in-person or online audience with vitality and relevance.

  • Land your delivery and learn to “read the room.”

  • Make the best use of visuals including PowerPoint Dos and Don’ts.

  • Give constructive feedback to fellow team members.

  • Use techniques for keeping the audience engaged from the moment they join the meeting.

This corporate public speaking training comes in two formats:

company-wide WORKSHOPS

For groups of 20 to 100+ employees, a workshop helps company-wide groups level up their public speaking and online presentation skills in one or more sessions. A lucky few receive on-the-spot coaching while everyone learns by observing. Participants benefit from Gigi’s vivacious, condensed training and leave with tools they can use right away.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Your team gets personalized feedback without the intensity of a one-on-one session. Working in groups of 3 to 5 people, everyone receives on-the-spot coaching and also learns by observing others. This format is economical and still includes Gigi’s lively, hands-on training in presenting with clarity, confidence and warmth.

Gigi’s class was fun, well-paced, and practical, and her observation about my elevator speech hook was astute. What works in writing doesn’t always translate well into spoken form. After I pitched the agent with the revised elevator speech, he requested my book proposal. Success! Thank you!

I met Gigi at an Artist Trust workshop in Tacoma, Washington in 2012 where she spoke about marketing. I had just sold my first piece and now five years later, using some of her advice, I’m a fulltime professional artist.

I fondly remember her New York-ish-ness and the feeling that I had chosen the right direction for my art. Her enthusiasm and information increased the confidence I felt in aggressively, strategically, and joyfully placing my art in front of a world audience.
