Today's mini lesson is all about framing.
Some of the things I've been saying in cyberspace include the following:

How to frame yourself onscreen:
The best thing to do is to put your eyes about two thirds or three quarters of the way up the screen.
You want to leave a little bit of room over your head.
I want to be able to see your shoulders and if I can see your shoulders, that also means that I'll be able to see your hands. Since we're missing so much of seeing the rest of ourselves, it’s great to see especially your hands. They can be very expressive and sometimes even serve as a visual.
